DISC Business Crime Management

DISC Business Crime Management app allows you to enter images, incident reports and updates related to your business. It is used by both daytime and night-time economy. DISC is Operated by Littoralis Software and funded by Successful Sutton, the Business Improvement District. Supported by South West Business Crime Centre and is Cost FREE.

How to Download

  1. Available on Android or Apple from the app store type in ‘DISC’ and look for the logo
  2. Sign in and create a passcode
  3. Agree to the confidentiality terms
  4. Ready to go

How to use:

  1. DISC is a Business to Business operated system and no images, information or details are to be shared with 3rd parties or on social media/web platforms. To do so is a breach of GDPR and against the law.
  2. DISC should be a management/senior management/security app. It is not advised that more than two members of permanent staff operate the app as over exposure risks data breach.
  3. DISC can be used to report crime, upload images, update with further incidents, receive BCRP news and updates, share intelligence with other businesses throughout the daytime and night-time economy.

Town Centre Radio Scheme

Town Centre Radio Scheme, used by daytime and night-time economy enables businesses to support each other during operational hours and
communicate live to monitor crime, report incident and ask for support. Further information can be found here on the Radio Scheme with an application form to join the scheme.
